The Old Dog Barks

On November 4 2008, America succumbed to one of the biggest sucker jobs ever perpetrated on a free people. Now the question is, just how big a sucker is America?. History isn’t kind in this respect. Incumbent Presidents win re-election nearly every time. How many times was FDR re-elected, during the great depression? How about Slick Willy? If the suckers re-elected him, what are the odds for Obama? I’m not hopeful. I’m grimly resigned to what may be a repeat of history. The suckers bought it last time, they’ll be back for more. Just give them a good screwing, and they’ll love it. Fools. Idiots.
