The Bartlett Expedition – We Cross the Great Divide

I have been working on a story for the new Colony Alchibah site. In fact I am doing the video first. This is the into. It is four minutes long and 17 mb of download. The original file is 530 mb. I have a slightly different version up at the Alchibah site, 30 mb with scrolling titles and a little better color. This version two days newer with some additional scenes. Making a watchable video that can be downloaded in real time, or close to it, requires many compromises.

The music is from a U-Tube Nanci Griffith Video. You should go and buy any or all of her albums. She is worth it.

Ten more videographers and a year’s time and I could turn out the movie. Click on the full screen version to see it wide-screen.

I plan on having the short version video done in a month, then I get to write the story. If I am lucky I will get PrimeEvil to do the voice over. There are bonus points for figuring out where the Miss Liberty ship footage came from.
